
For over twenty-five years now, I have made my living recruiting middle and
upper level management for companies in the distribution industry. I have been
fortunate to work with many of the nation's most respected companies.
Successful recruiting has many aspects, but it doesn't have to be complicated;
it isn't rocket science. It all boils down to establishing and building
relationships through effective communication, earned trust, mutual respect,
and plain old hard work.

Being a native Memphian and mid-southerner has provided me the
opportunity to establish a healthy network of local and regional candidates and
client companies. Many of these relationships have led to opportunities to work
on a national scale, as well.

I won't waste your time. My clients say that they appreciate
knowing that I won't bury them in resumes. I am careful to listen to them,
making certain that I understand what they want. I then submit candidates who
fit the specifications given and who are worthy of consideration. Simply
stated, I won't attempt to cram a square peg into a round hole.

My goal is to help you locate and hire the best candidate for
your particular situation. I wouldn't get very far, or enjoy very many
long-term company relationships, if all I cared about was the placement fee for
a single hire.
